Front-end Developer

We're working with a fast-growing geospatial SaaS company based in Leuven, who are looking for a skilled Front-end Developer to help build intuitive features for their application used to visualize and interact with spatial data. You will join a multidisciplinary product team and play a key role in shaping user-facing features for a modern, data-driven platform. Responsibilities Design scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript Collaborate closely with UX designers, back-end engineers, and product managers Translate complex geospatial data and workflows into clear, usable interfaces Contribute to front-end architecture, performance optimization, and code quality Stay up to date with modern front-end best practices and tooling Your profile Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments Solid understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience building responsive, maintainable, and well-tested user interfaces Familiarity with Version Control systems (e.g. GIT) Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team Nice to Have (Major Plus): Experience with GraphQL Experience with 2D rendering, data visualization, or mapping technologies Interest in or exposure to geospatial or location-based applications The offer A challenging role in a fast-growing and high potential geospatial SaaS company The opportunity to work on impactful, data-intensive products A collaborative and engineering-driven culture Up to EUR6.5K (dependent on experience and interview process) Full benefits package including mobility options/car A modern office in Leuven, with flexible hybrid work on offer +12 ADV days
